KIDS BEGINNER

Age 4 - 11
Mon/Wed 5:15-6:15
Tue/Thu 5:15-6:00 

This class teaches the basics of judo.

Kids will learn fundamental movements, techniques, and etiquette.

Whether Kids is aiming to earn a colored belt, looking to have fun and get some exercise, or wanting to learn about leadership and teamwork, this class is the perfect first step into the world of judo.

KIDS ADVANCED

Age 7•11
Mon/Wed 6:30-7:30
Tue/Thu 6:00-7:00

This class is open to kids with colored belts.

Kids will learn practical judo techniques and rules.

Instruction is tailored to each student’s goals, whether that means continuing training to earn a higher belt, preparing for tournaments, or mastering more advanced physical movements.

 Homeschoolers
​CLASS

Age 7-11
Mon/Wed 1:00-2:00

This class is designed for homeschoolers.

Just like in the Kids Beginner class, students will learn the basics of judo and proper etiquette.

Since instruction follows the Judo Canada promotion syllabus, students can gain the necessary knowledge to advance to colored belts through the official promotion process.

TEEN & ADULT

Age +12
Mon/Wed 7:45-9:15

This class covers everything from the basics of judo to competitive training, regardless of belt rank.

The coach tailors the training program flexibly to suit the participants.

As this is the club’s traditional class with the largest number of participants, it is recommended for beginners.

fundamental

Age +12
Tue/Thu 7:00-8:00

This class teaches basic skills for teens and adults.

You’ll learn judo breakfalls, how to apply techniques, and how to throw opponents.

It’s the perfect class for acquiring the basic knowledge needed to earn a colored belt.

There are no experience requirements, so it’s also ideal for those looking to refresh their skills.

COMPETITOR

Age +12

This class is designed for competitive athletes.

Coaches with a proven track record in international competitions will provide comprehensive instruction on the skills necessary for competition.

If you are joining from another club for the first time, please check with your home club before participating. (We may decline guest participation during certain periods, such as immediately before a competition.)

OPEN MAT

Age +12

Open Mat is a practice session open to non-members of Ni-Ten.

Please bring your own judogi or jiu-jitsu gi to participate.

Please note that we do not provide instruction during Open Mat sessions as we do in our regular classes.

PRIVATE LESSON
